Ingredients

Cost per serving $0.86 view details
  • 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 x Skinned (6-oz) chicken breast halves
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  •     Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. Reduced-calorie margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Here are two from my favorite magazine, Cooking Light.
  2. Place soy sauce in a shallow dish; add in chicken, turning to coat. Remove chicken from soy sauce; throw away soy sauce.
  3. Combine sesame seeds and next 3 ingredients in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag. Add in chicken; seal bag, and shake to coat chicken with sesame seed mix. Place chicken in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400 deg for 45 min or possibly till done.
  4. Note: This is a really tasty and quick recipe. A great use for those extra soy sauce packets you get from Chinese take-out.
