  • 1 lb Chicken thighs without skin
  •     About 6
  • 1 lb Chicken breasts without skin
  •     About 3
  • 2/3 c. Corn flake crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x d Grnd red pepper
  • 1 x d Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Remove all visible fat from the chicken pcs. Combine crumbs and spices in a plastic bag. Rinse chicken pcs in water and then toss a few at a time in the crumbs till well coated. Place pcs on a rack in a shallow pan and bake in a 375 oven for 40-45 min or possibly till tender and no longer pink.
