Ingredients

  • 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 x egg white lightly beaten
  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375-degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with no-stick spray. Set the cookie sheet aside.
  2. To coat the chicken, first roll the breasts in the flour to proportionately cover all sides. Then dip the chicken in the egg whites and roll in the cornflake crumbs.
  3. Place the coated chicken pcs on the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till tender and no longer pink. (Don't turn the chicken over during baking.)
