  1. Preheat the oven to 425. Combine the crumbs and the melted butter, set aside. Lb. the breasts to 1/2" thick. Combine the spices and rub them into the chicken. Drizzle with the juice from the lemon and then press them into the crumbs, patting the crumbs on well. Place on a sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 min or possibly till cooked through.
