• 1 c. Cooked mashed rutabagas
• 1 c. Mashed potatoes
• 1 c. Cooked white rice
• 1 lb Broccoli, diced and blanched
• 1 c. Diced celery
• 1 c. Diced green bell pepper
• 1 c. Diced onion
• 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 quart Skim lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. Butter
• 1 c. Half-and-half
• 1 c. Crumbled cheese crackers
• 1/2 c. Minced parsley
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Warm sauce
• 1 tsp Ketchup
