  2. Bring water to a boil in a med saucepan. Add in orzo. Cook 10 minutes; drain. Rinse with cool water; drain.
  3. Combine pasta, spinach, and feta in a large bowl. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle lemon mix over pasta mix; toss well to coat.
  4. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 C)
  5. This was pretty good.
