Ingredients

  • 1 sm Can, Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 lrg Carton, Cold Whip
  • 1 sm Pkg., Orange Jello
  • 12 ounce Carton, Creamed Cottage Cheese
  •     Minced nuts, optional

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple. Soften orange jello in 1/2 c. boiling water. Add in 1 c. cool water, pineapple, Cold Whip and cottage cheese. Refrigerateovernight in covered mold.
