  • 4-5 orange
  • 1 1/2 cups of Vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 Cardmom powdered

Directions

  1. Combine the orange peices, sugar, vanilla ice-cream,cardmom and blend in a blender till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve chilled.
