Directions

  1. Drain pineapple juice from can into small saucepan and reserve pineapple.
  2. Bring juice to boil. Add in jello. Stir till dissolved and chill
  3. till mix just starts to set (approx 15 -20 min). Pour jello
  4. mix into large mixing bowl and beat in pineapple, softened cream
  5. cheese, celery, and nuts with electric mixer. Mix in whipping cream.
  6. Pour into 4 to 5 c. mold and refrigerateovernight. Garnish with orange slices after unmolding.
