Orange Custard Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 or possibly 3 ounce) pkg. no bake custard mix
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) carton (2 c.) frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 T orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Prepare custard mix according to package directions, using the 1 3/4 cups lowfat milk and omitting the egg yolk. Cover surface with clear plastic wrap. Cool. Refrigerate till thickened, about 2 hrs. Beat with rotary beater till smooth. Mix in dessert topping and orange liqueur. Top with orange peel. Serve chilled with fruit and cake cubes.
