Ingredients
- 1 c. Margarine
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x Orange rind grated
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Orange, peeled, pitted &
- Â Â Minced
- 3 c. Oatmeal
- 2 c. Chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and margarine together; Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat till smooth and no lumps. Add in dry ingredients and orange and orange rind. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork tines. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
