Ingredients

1 c. Margarine
2 c. Flour
1 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 c. White sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
2 x Large eggs
1 x Orange rind grated
1 tsp Vanilla
1 x Orange, peeled, pitted &
Â Â Minced
3 c. Oatmeal
2 c. Chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and margarine together; Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat till smooth and no lumps. Add in dry ingredients and orange and orange rind. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork tines. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
