- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

- 4- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup mashed, cooked sweet potato
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 (6 oz) container vanilla yogurt
- 2-2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
