  • 6 lrg Vidalia onions, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 6 lrg White potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 can Condensed mushroom soup
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
  • 2 lb Lean grnd beef

Directions

  1. Brown meat in oil; drain and add in salt and pepper. Grease large casserole dish and make alternate layers of onions, potatoes and meat. Pour mushroom soup on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  2. Serves 8.
