Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
- Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt. Stir in oats, sugar and pecans. Put together lowfat milk, butter and large eggs. Add in to dry mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into greased or possibly lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cool on wire rack. Makes 18 muffins.
