Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add in sifted ingredients to shortening and mix till mix resembles coarse meal. Blend in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Roll out on floured board. Cut out shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 min.
