Ingredients: 16 ounce Cream cheese; 1/2 c. Margarine -- melted; 1 pkt Cottage cheese, sm curd; 1 pt Lowfat sour cream; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs; 4 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten; 1 Tbsp. Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 Tbsp. Butter -- melted

Ingredients

16 ounce Cream cheese
1/2 c. Margarine -- melted
1 pkt Cottage cheese, sm curd
1 pt Lowfat sour cream
1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
4 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Butter -- melted

Directions

Mix ingredients for crust and spread on bottom of a spring form cake pan.
Beat cottage cheese and cream cheese till creamy. Blend in sugar and Large eggs. Add in flour and vanilla. Add in melted margarine and lowfat sour cream. Pour mix over crust and bake 1 hour and 10 min. Bake at 325. turn off oven and let stand in oven for 2 hrs. Remove; refrigerateand add in topping beforeserving.
