  • 1 tsp Black cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 no's Green chillies, finely chopped
  • For the Dough
  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour (1)
  • 1/4 Cup Rolled oats
  • Water to knead
