- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups regular oats (quick oats will work too, just use a little less flour)
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
