Nuwave Pork Roast

This is a make ahead recipe. Buy a large pork roast when it goes on sale. Divide it into one pound portions. Then follow the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork roast
  • 4oz apple juice
  • 1 TBSP Savory
  • 1 TBSP Rosemary

Directions

  1. Mix apple juice, savory and rosemary together. Pour over meat. Let stand for atleast 2 hours in the refirgerator. Then place in Nuwave oven on 2 inch rack, cook high power for 5 minutes, turn and repeat for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
  2. For better saviing:: Buy a large pork roast, cut to one pound portions, (yes this will save money!) place the one pound roast in a zip-lock bag, and pour mixed ingredients over them. Put premarinated pork in the freezer.(Great time savings!) Place in Nuwave and cook frozen.
