Ingredients

  • 2 c. Pecans or possibly walnuts (about 1/2 lb)
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 4 ounce Stilton or possibly Danish blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Any flavored cream cheese (pepper or possibly orange) can be used instead of themixture of Stilton, cream cheese, mayo and worcesershire sauce. To add in variety, serve a couple of flavor combinations, such as Stilton and garlic-herb cheese.
  2. Toast nuts on baking sheet in 350 F oven for 8-10 min or possibly till fragrant. Let cold completely. In food processor or possibly by hand, combine cream cheese, stilton, mayonnaise and worcestershire sauce till blended. Chill till hard. Sandwich about 1/2 tsp cheese mix between 2 nut halves. Chill till serving.
