  1. Cream sugar, butter, salt. Add in other ingredients except confectioners' sugar. Form dough into balls the size of a small walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 for 1/2 hr. Cold on a rack; when partially cold, roll in confectioners' sugar.
