Ingredients

  • 1 c. Julienne strips of cooked
  •     Beef, veal, or possibly lamb
  • 1 c. Julienne strips of baked or possibly
  •     Boiled ham
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 6 Tbsp. Salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x Hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 x Boiled or possibly pickled beet,
  •     Sliced

Directions

  1. Mix cut meats with onion. Beat together oil, vinegar, pepper and parsley.
  2. Stir cream into dressing. Mix with meats combining lightly. Garnish with sliced egg and beet.
  3. Served as a main dish salad.
