Noodle Salad With Shrimp, Chili And Lime

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb somen noodles or possibly 1/2 pound vermicelli
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 lb fresh shrimp or possibly 1 x 7 ounce tin shrimp, liquid removed, and, rinsed
  • 1 tsp chili paste or possibly 1 fresh chili, minced
  • 1/4 x inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 x juice of one lime
  • 1 handf cilantro, minced

Directions

  1. Put the noodles on to cook (they only take 2 min). Rinse the noodles in cool water till they have cooled, drain them and toss them in the sesame oil.
  2. Toss the remaining ingredients together. Drain the noodles, pour the sauce over and serve.
