Ingredients
- 1 stk oleo (butter)
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Peanut butter
- 3 1/2 c. Quick oats
Directions
- My mother-in-law (and I love her to pcs) gave me this recipe! She calls them No Bake Chocolate Cookies
- Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and lowfat milk and boil exactly two min. Don't OVERCOOK! Remove from heat and add in 1 tsp vanilla. Then add in peanut butter and oats.
- Quickly mix and drop by tsp. on waxed paper. Wait one hour before removing to cookie jar.
