!!!%20%20She%20worked%20so%20hard%20on%20this%20book,%20and%20it%20is%20gorgeous%20and%20so%20full%20of%20great%20recipes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20pre-ordered%20my%20copy%20of%20this%20book%20a%20few%20months%20ago,%20but%20then%20Katrina%20asked%20if%20her%20publisher%20could%20send%20me%20a%20copy%20for%20review.%20%20Obviously,%20my%20answer%20was%20yes.%20%20So%20now%20I%20have%202%20copies,%20and%20I%20know%20one%20lucky%20friend%20who%20is%20getting%20one%20as%20a%20gift.%20%20Katrina%20has%202%20sons,%20one%20of%20them%20has%20a%20severe%20peanut%20allergy.%20%20So%20she%20turned%20to%20Biscoff%20spread%20as%20a%20peanut%20butter%20alternative%20to%20her%20recipes,%20so%20that%20her%20whole%20family%20could%20eat%20them.%20%20In%20case%20you%20haven%E2%80%99t%20had%20Biscoff%20spread%20before,%20it%20is%20kind%20of%20like%20a%20gingerbread%20in%20a%20spread%20form.%20%20It%20is%20a%20little%20more%20mild%20than%20a%20gingerbread,%20but%20it%20has%20that%20same%20hint%20of%20spices%20in%20there.%20%20You%20will%20be%20eating%20it%20with%20a%20spoon,%20straight%20from%20the%20jar%20the%20first%20time%20you%20try%20it.%20%20And%20maybe%20every%20time%20after%20that.%20%20The%20stuff%20is%20so%20good,%20and%20addicting!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20have%20ever%20visited%20In%20Katrina%E2%80%99s%20Kitchen%20you%20know%20just%20how%20darn%20creative%20she%20is.%20%20Well,%20this%20book%20is%20a%20perfect%20reflection%20of%20her%20and%20her%20blog.%20%20The%20pictures%20are%20gorgeous,%20the%20recipes%20are%20super%20creative,%20yet%20use%20every%20day%20ingredients%20and%20are%20easy%20enough%20for%20the%20novice%20baker.%20%20Everything%20from%20Biscoff%20cinnamon%20rolls,%20to%20cupcakes%20and%20cookies%20to%20waffles,%20pancakes,%20cheesecake,%20bread,%20muffins%20and%20more.%20%20I%20seriously%20can%20not%20say%20enough%20good%20things%20about%20this%20book.%20%20I%20want%20to%20make%20just%20about%20every%20recipe!%20%20My%20holiday%20baking%20tray%20is%20going%20to%20be%20covered%20in%20Biscoff%20everything%20this%20year!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20Bake%20Peanut%20Butter%20Bars%20are%20one%20of%20my%20all%20time%20favorite%20treats.%20%20So%20I%20was%20immediately%20drawn%20to%20the%20Biscoff%20version.%20%20It%20was%20the%20first%20recipe%20I%20tried,%20and%20it%20definitely%20lived%20up%20to%20my%20expectations.%20%20My%209%20year%20old%20tried%20to%20hide%20the%20last%20one,%20so%20that%20he%20could%20have%20it%20to%20himself.%20%20So,%20if%20you%20are%20looking%20for%20a%20gift%20for%20your%20favorite%20baker%20this%20Christmas,%20definitely%20pick%20up%20a%20copy%20of%20this%20book!%20%20And,%20be%20sure%20to%20check%20out%20the%20Today%20Show%20so%20you%20can%20see%20Katrina%20in%20action!%20%20The%20Today%20show%20went%20to%20Katrina%E2%80%99s%20last%20week%20and%20did%20a%20segment%20on%20her%20book,%20and%20some%20of%20her%20recipes.%20%20The%20segment%20will%20be%20airing%20sometime%20in%20December.%20%20So%20be%20sure%20to%20watch!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20Bake%20Biscoff%20Bars%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes:%2012%20Prep%20time:%2015%20mins%20Total%20time:%2015%20mins%20%20%20%20%20No%20Bake%20Biscoff%20Bars%20are%20like%20a%20peanut%20butter%20cup%20but%20with%20the%20flavors%20of%20Biscoff.%20Quick,%20easy,%20and%20sure%20the%20please!%20%20Ingredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELine%20a%209x9%20inch%20baking%20dish%20with%20foil.%20You%20can%20use%20a%2013x9%20pan%20for%20thinner%20bars.%20In%20a%20sauce%20pan%20melt%20together%20butter%20and%20Biscoff%20Spread.%20Stirring%20constantly%20until%20smooth.%20Remove%20from%20the%20heat%20and%20stir%20in%20the%20vanilla,%20crushed%20Biscoff%20cookies%20and%20powdered%20sugar.%20Stir%20until%20well%20combined.%20Spread%20into%20the%20bottom%20of%20the%20prepared%20dish.%20In%20a%20microwave%20safe%20bowl%20melt%20together%20chocolate%20chips%20and%20Biscoff%20spread.%20Pour%20over%20bottom%20layer.%20Place%20in%20the%20fridge%20for%20about%2020%20minutes%20or%20until%20completely%20set.%20%203.2.2807%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E**I%20was%20sent%20a%20copy%20of%20this%20book%20for%20review.%20%20I%20also%20purchased%20a%20copy%20of%20my%20own.%20%20All%20thoughts%20and%20opinions%20are%20100%25%20my%20own.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
