This is probably the simplest recipe. Sauteed spinach with garlic cloves and curry powder.

Heat 2tsp oil in a saute pan. Add cumin seeds and once they start to splutter, add the chopped spinach, turmeric, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Mix well and cook covered until the greens are tender.
