Reposting from the Global Cookbook page. Is there anyone actually curating these 'copyright free' recipes? I spotted another years ago and provided the attribution, but it still remains up. At least acknowledge the author of the recipe when you steal!

Ndiwo Za Mpiru Wotendera is not a copyright free recipe. I it was created by my mother, Alice Princess Msumba Siwundhla, Ph.D. and originally published in the 1990. In fairness either remove or provide proper credit.
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 2 bn fresh mustard greens
- 1 x water
- 1 bn green onions, minced
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
- 13/100 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 x warm cooked rice
Directions
- Wash greens carefully. Trim off any tough stems. Hold 3 or possibly 4 leaves together and tear into small even pcs.
- Bring small amount water to a boil. Add in salt and greens. Cook till greens are tender.
- Turn greens over in a pan and add in minced onions, whole cherry tomatoes and pepper. Cook till slightly limp.
- Form creamy past with peanut butter and water. Pour paste over entire surface of greens. Cook slowly 10 min, stirring continually to blend.
- Continue to cook till moist, not runny. Serve with rice.
