Ingredients
- 4 c. Shredded lettuce
- Â Â Tortilla chips as needed, (12 15 tricolor)
- 8 ounce Chili
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack and Cheddar mixed shredded cheeses
- 1 Tbsp. Sliced black olives
- 1 Tbsp. Sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Diced tomatoes
- 1 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 lrg Jalapeno
Directions
- Place 4 c. of shredded lettuce in a medium size salad bowl. Arrange 12 15 tricolor tortilla chips around rim of bowl. Place 8 ounces of chili directly on top of lettuce. Proportionately distribute 1/2 c. of cheese mix over salad. Proportionately distribute black olives, green onion and tomatoes over salad.
- Place lowfat sour cream directly in the center of the salad. Place jalapeno directly in the center of the lowfat sour cream.
