Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Almonds, sliced
  • 2 pkt Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour), broken up
  • 6 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. White sugar
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (I omit this, but the
  • 2 x Beef flavour packets from the noodles
  • 1 head suey choy or possibly nappa cabbage
  • 1 bn Green onions

Directions

  1. Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute/fry the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cold. Combine the next 6 ingredients and chill. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
