Ingredients

  • 3 x Carrots, shredded
  • 1 sm Head Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bn Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. Coarsely minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. White-wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Toasted sesame seed

Directions

  3. In a large bowl, combine the carrot, cabbage, onion, and cilantro. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seed, till blended and toss with the cabbage mix. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
