Ingredients

  • 3/4 head lettuce, sliced
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts
  • 10 slc bacon, crisp cooked &
  •     crumbled
  • 1/4 c. green onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper, minced
  • 4 x chicken breasts, cook, boned & cut
  • 1 x in chunks
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp grnd ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in bowl. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Combine all ingredients of dressing; mix well. Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly before serving.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
