Abisaac often doesn't understand my out of nowhere desire to bake, especially since I usually (ok only occasionally) only want a piece. As this happens more often than I'd like to admit, I like to keep at least one or two gluten free prepared baking mixes around so that when the mood strikes I can simply grab one of the packages and go.

This time I reached for the Namaste Gluten Free Blondie mix. I had never tried this product before and to be honest, the fact that the package said "makes two 8 x 8 pans" kinda seemed like too much for me. Who needs to have two pans or a full 9 x 13" pan of blondies around? Doesn't that just temp you to eat more than you actually needed to eat? I…
