  • boiled rice with spiced yogurt....

  • Preparation and Cooking time ~30-40 mints
  • Ingredients:
  • Chicken- ½ kg, cleaned and cut into small pieces
  • Potato – 1 medium, cubed
  • Carrot – 1, cubed
  • Onion – 1, thinly sliced
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece, chopped
  • Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped
  • Tomato – 1, chopped
  • Green chillies – 2 slit
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves- a sprig
  • Thin coconut milk – 1 ½ cups
  • Thick coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Coconut oil /Refined oil – 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – ½ tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
