Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Grated Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 c. Heavy Cream
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Yellow Food Color

Directions

  1. Heat provolone and cheddar cheeses in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Stir in heavy cream. Add in cream cheese and stir till all cheese is melted. Remove from heat and whip in seasonings and food coloring. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or possibly fresh vegetables.
