Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Campanelle pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, deveined with heads and tails removed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 tablespoons butter (ah, what the heck, just use the whole stick if you want)
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 large shallot, finely minced
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
