  • 1SMALL JALAPENO DICED WITH SEEDS
  • 5 CLOVES GARLIC CHOPPED
  • ONE HALF CP.HONEY
  • ONE FOURTH CP SOY SAUCE
  • 2 CPS KETCHUP
  • S-P TO TASTE
  • BURBON OR JACK DANIELS TO TASTE I USE A HALF CP

  1. COMBINE ONION , GARLIC.JALEPENO AND BOURBON,IN A 3 QT SAUCE PAN FOR ABOUT TEN MIN ,DO NOT BROWN.ADD REMAINING ING,TO PANBRING TO A BOIL,TURN DOWN TO SIMMER AND COOK FOR 30 MORE MIN.STIR OFTEN YOU CAN STRAIN THIS OR NOT I DO NOT .THIC MAKES 4 CPS OF SAUCE AND TASTES EVEN BETTER THE NEXT DAY
