  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 med onion, cut-up fine
  • 1/2 cup celery, cut-up fine
  • 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cubes chicken bullion (dissolved in 3/4 cup of water)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion & celery; drain.
  2. Place ground beef mixture and rest of ingredients into a 2-qt. casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
