  3. in blender container, combine Mulberries, sugar, water and juice. Process till smooth. Pour mix ino a saucepan; cook on low heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Let cold. pour into mixing bowl; freeze 45 min.
  4. meanwhile, combine Large eggs whites, cream of tarter and salt. Beat unil stiff peaks form; set aside. Beat partially frzn Mulberry mix till fluffy; mix in egg whites. Freeze till hard. Garnish with the mint leave if you like.
  5. Yield: 6 servings
