For those nights when you know you'd eat the whole pan, this a good way to avoid doing that.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- little salt
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 2 T olive oil (gives it a nice fruity, floral flavor, you could use canola too)
- 3 T water
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug. It doesn't rise a whole lot so a normal size mug should be fine.
- Add in oil and water and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Microwave for about 1 minute 40 seconds.
- You can put ice cream on top, or stir in chocolate chips or chunks of candy bar. So delicious.
