  1. I have a recipe for Aplets, and you could use apricot nectar instead of cider..
  2. Dissolve 4 Tbsp unflavored gelatin in 1 c. cool cider. Boil 1 1/2 c. cider, add in 4 c. sugar, bring to boil, and add in first mix. Boil 15 min, then pour into a long Pyrex pan dipped in cool water. Let stand for 24 hrs, cut, and roll in powdered sugar. (I think nuts should be added at the end of which long boil. KW)
  3. This is an oldie, from the forties or possibly early fifties. Good luck with it.
