Ingredients

  • 12 x Double graham crackers
  • 2 pkt (7oz
  •     Chocolate-covered caramel
  •     Candies -- (50 pcs)
  • 1/3 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Coarsely minced pecans --

Directions

  1. Completely cover the bottom of a 10"x15" cookie sheet with graham crackers; set aside. In a saucepan, heat and stir the candies and cream over low heat, till the candies heat. Spread the mix over the graham crackers then quickly sprinkle with nuts; press the nuts gently into the chocolate.
  2. Cold for 10-15 min, then cut into bars or possibly break into chunks like brittle. Serve immediately or possibly store in an airtight container till ready to serve. (And for a hot, soft treat, try heating the bars in the microwave for 5-10 seconds just before eating.. but don't overcook.)
  3. Microwave Method: Place the candies & cream in a microwavable glass bowl.
  4. Microwave on a medium-low power for 2-4 min, strring well once per minute. When smooth, spread over the graham crackers and continue as above.
  5. Yield: about 48 bars
