Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute/fry sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 min, or possibly till sesame seeds are golden brown. Add in chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or possibly on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mix nad toss till well coated. Serve immediately.
  2. Serves 6-8. MC
