,%20that%20they%20are%20totally%20sick%20of%20it.%20We're%20kind%20of%20the%20opposite%20at%20my%20house.%20Because%20of%20my%20insane%20desire%20slight%20obsession%20for%20trying%20new%20recipes,%20we%20hardly%20ever%20have%20spaghetti.%20I%20like%20it,%20I%20just%20%20don't%20ever%20think%20of%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%2012%20year%20old%20saw%20a%20photo%20of%20cheese%20stuffed%20meatballs%20in%20one%20of%20my%20cookbooks,%20and%20asked%20if%20I%20could%20make%20them.%20So%20I%20decided%20it%20was%20time%20to%20put%20spaghetti%20on%20the%20menu.%20I%20didn't%20have%20all%20the%20ingredients%20for%20the%20meatballs%20he%20found,%20so%20I%20just%20came%20up%20with%20my%20own%20recipe.%20It%20was%20definitely%20a%20hit!%20If%20you're%20in%20a%20spaghetti%20rut%20at%20your%20house,%20you%20should%20give%20these%20meatballs%20a%20try.%20They%20really%20do%20make%20spaghetti%20more%20exciting!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMozzarella%20Stuffed%20Meatballs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20first%20nine%20ingredients%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Add%20sausage%20and%20ground%20beef%20and%20mix%20well.%20Shape%20meat%20mixture%20around%20the%20cheese%20cubes.%20(I%20had%20a%20few%20pieces%20of%20cheese%20left%20over.%20No%20worries.)%20Place%20meatballs%20on%20a%20greased%20cookie%20sheet.%20Bake%20at%20400%C2%B0%20for%2018-20%20minutes,%20shaking%20the%20pan%20occasionally%20so%20they%20brown%20evenly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20spaghetti%20sauce%20in%20a%20large%20saucepan.%20Add%20cooked%20meatballs.%20Serve%20over%20hot%20pasta.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENotes:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Don't%20substituted%20dry%20bread%20crumbs.%20They%20will%20soak%20up%20too%20much%20liquid%20and%20make%20your%20meatballs%20dry.%20I%20just%20took%20a%20slice%20of%20bread%20and%20ground%20it%20up%20in%20my%20food%20processor.%20A%20blender%20would%20work%20fine%20too.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
