Ingredients
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar 12 ounce Mozzarella cheese, cut in)))
- 2 x Halves sun-dry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Capers, rinsed
- Â Â Freshly grnd blk. pepper
Directions
- Cut lettuce into thin crosswise ribbons. Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat. Spread lettuce in even layer. Arrange mozzarella slices, slightly overlapping, on top of lettuce. Cut sun-dry tomatoes into thin slivers and sprinkle on top. Top with capers. Add in light dusting of freshly grnd pepper.
