  1. Soften yeast in 1/4 c. hot water. Add in beaten egg. Add in other ingredients and knead well. Let rise till double in size. Knead well and form into 3 loaves. Let rise till double in size again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min, then 350 degrees for 40 min. When taken from the oven, brush with melted butter. This is a light rye, and the All Bran makes it good.
