Directions

  1. Heat butter in iron skillet; saute/fry celery and onion till soft, but not brown. Crumble breads and put in large pan. Add in salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning. Add in onion, celery and butter. Mix well. Add in Large eggs and sufficient broth from turkey or possibly chicken to make consistency of corn bread batter. Add in minced Large eggs. Pour in greased pan and cook at 425 about 45 min.
