Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sauterne or possibly white wine
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 4 to 6 slices thin ham
- 1 teaspoon savory
- Celery leaves
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. or possibly 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Wipe off chicken breast with damp paper towel. Combine flour, salt, and paprika in bag. Shake chicken in bag. Brown lightly in butter. Place ham in bottom of casserole dish. Place a little of savory and celery leaves on each ham slice. Cover with chicken. Put mushrooms on top of chicken. Pour wine into skillet chicken was browned in. Stir well. Add in remainder of flour to lowfat sour cream; stir. Add in lowfat sour cream to wine mix and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
