Casserole ingredients.
Mise En Place for ingredients.
Combine soup, sour cream, carrots and herbs.
Add squash and onions to boiling water. Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes.
Melt half cup of unsalted butter.
Mix butter and stuffing mix thoroughly.
Add soup mixture to squash.
Mix thoroughly.
Add half the stuffing mix to the bottom of baking pans.
Add squash mixture.
Top with remaining stuff mix.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through.
