Directions

  1. Peel and cut mushrooms. Brown mushrooms in a few Tbsp. of butter. Dice onion, celery and parsley. Place those ingredients in a large bowl. Just before stuffing the turkey, heat 1/2 lb. butter.
  2. Add in the croutons, melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix. Put the stuffing in the turkey, making sure not to pack the ingredients too tightly.
