Ingredients

  • 1 lg. round steak (with bone)
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced
  • 1 sm. can mushrooms
  • 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Season your meat and brown. Pour juices from the meat and the meat itself, into a baking dish. Add in the onion, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Make gravy from the juice by adding the water/flour mix. Stir as you add in to avoid lumps. Great with real mashed potatoes.
